Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and CSHUBB Innovations, a sole proprietorship registered under the Government of India (Udyam MSME Certified), operating the CSHUBB platform ("Service", "Platform").

By accessing or using the Service — including logging in, importing data, or using any feature of the platform — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

Effective date: June 2026 · These Terms apply to all users of the CSHUBB platform.

Description of Service

CSHUBB is a private, invite-only Customer Success workspace for SaaS companies. The platform enables Customer Success teams to track account health, manage renewals, run AI-powered workflows, visualise revenue, predict account trajectory with Momentum, log and sync customer meetings, connect CRM tools via native connectors, and collaborate — all within a secure, org-isolated environment.

Plans available: CSHUBB offers three plans — a free 15-day trial, Starter, and Growth. During the trial period:

Full access to all features is provided at no charge for 15 days
No credit card is required to start a trial
After 15 days, the workspace pauses until a paid plan is selected
Payment via UPI or bank transfer · Invoice generated instantly · Plan activates within 24 hours of payment confirmation
For pricing details, contact founder@cshubb.com

Be at least 18 years of age
Use the Service in a legitimate professional or business capacity
Hold a valid invite code issued by a CSHUBB workspace administrator

CSHUBB Innovations reserves the right to refuse access to any individual or organisation at its sole discretion, including for suspected violations of these Terms or applicable law.

Invite codes: Invite codes are non-transferable and single-use by default. Sharing invite codes publicly or with unauthorised parties is a violation of these Terms.
04

User accounts: Each email address may be associated with one workspace by default. The first user to create a workspace is automatically assigned the Admin role.

Admin responsibilities: Workspace administrators are responsible for:

Managing user access and invite codes within their workspace
Revoking access for departing team members promptly
Ensuring their team uses the Service in compliance with these Terms
All actions taken by users within their workspace

Authentication security: Login is via magic link emails. You are responsible for the security of the email account you use to access CSHUBB. Notify us immediately at support@cshubb.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

05

06

Your Data & Ownership

You own your data. All customer account data, notes, AI run history, and workspace content you create or import into CSHUBB remains your intellectual property. CSHUBB Innovations makes no claim of ownership over your data.

Licence to process: By using the Service, you grant CSHUBB Innovations a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to store, process, and transmit your data solely to provide the Service to you. This licence terminates upon account deletion.

Your compliance obligations: You are solely responsible for ensuring that the data you import complies with applicable data protection laws — including obtaining necessary consents from your customers where required under GDPR, India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, or other applicable regulations. CSHUBB Innovations is a data processor for your customer data; you are the data controller.

Data portability: You may export all your workspace data at any time via CSV or JSON. We will not hold your data hostage. Following account deletion, your data is purged within 5 business days.

07

Meetings Module & Calendar Integration

CSHUBB's Meetings module allows users to log meeting notes, outcomes, and follow-ups against customer accounts. An optional Google Calendar integration enables automatic import of meeting metadata from your Google Calendar into the module.

Attendee consent: When using the Meetings module, you are responsible for ensuring that meeting attendees have been appropriately informed about the recording or logging of meeting information, where required under applicable data protection laws (including GDPR, India's DPDP Act 2023, or other applicable regulations). CSHUBB provides the tooling — your legal obligations regarding attendee consent remain yours.

Google Calendar connection scope: When you connect Google Calendar, you authorise CSHUBB to read calendar event metadata — titles, times, attendee email addresses, and descriptions — solely for the purpose of pre-populating meeting records in your workspace. We request the minimum OAuth scope necessary. We do not write to, modify, or delete any calendar events. We do not access Google Drive, Gmail, or any other Google service.

Meeting data retention: Meeting records (notes, attendee lists, outcomes) are stored in your workspace database as part of your workspace data. They are subject to the same retention and deletion policy as all other workspace data — retained while your workspace is active and purged within 5 business days of a verified deletion request. You may delete individual meeting records at any time within the application.

Third-party terms: Use of the Google Calendar integration is additionally governed by Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By connecting Google Calendar, you represent that you are authorised to do so under Google's terms for your account, and that you have the right to share the resulting data with CSHUBB for the purposes described herein.

Disconnect at any time: You may revoke the Google Calendar connection from Workspace Settings → Integrations at any time. Disconnection immediately revokes CSHUBB's OAuth access and deletes the stored refresh token. Previously imported meeting metadata is retained in your workspace until you delete it or request erasure.
08

AI Tools & Third-Party Providers

CSHUBB integrates with third-party AI providers (Groq, Anthropic, Google Gemini, LM Studio). When you use AI features:

Prompts are sent directly from your browser to the AI provider's API
CSHUBB Innovations' servers are not in the data path for AI requests
Your AI API keys are stored only in your browser's localStorage and are never transmitted to or stored on CSHUBB's servers
Each AI provider's own terms of service and privacy policy govern their processing of your data
You are responsible for ensuring your use of AI providers complies with your own data protection obligations
LM Studio option: Growth plan users may use LM Studio for fully local AI inference, where no data leaves their device at all. This is recommended for organisations with strict data sovereignty requirements.
09

Intellectual Property

The CSHUBB platform, including its code, design, user interface, brand assets, logos, and documentation, is the intellectual property of CSHUBB Innovations and is protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the platform
You may not use the CSHUBB name, logo, or brand without prior written permission
Feedback and feature suggestions you provide may be incorporated into the product without compensation or attribution obligation

Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you except the limited licence to use the Service as described herein.

10

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, CSHUBB Innovations shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
Loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities

In any case, CSHUBB Innovations' total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. During the free trial period, this amount is INR 0.

13

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CSHUBB Innovations and its owner, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

Your use or misuse of the Service
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
Your failure to obtain necessary consents for the customer data you upload
Any claim by a third party related to your workspace content or data
14

Termination

By you: You may terminate your account at any time by submitting a deletion request via the in-app profile drawer or by emailing support@cshubb.com. Your data will be permanently deleted within 5 business days.

By CSHUBB Innovations: We may suspend or terminate your access immediately and without prior notice if:

You violate any provision of these Terms
We reasonably suspect fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful use of the Service
We are required to do so by law or regulatory authority

Upon termination for any reason, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law) shall continue to apply.

15

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the Service shall be:

First attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties
If unresolved within 30 days, submitted to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India)
Subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India for matters not subject to arbitration
We strongly prefer resolving issues directly and informally. Please email founder@cshubb.com before initiating any formal proceedings — most issues can be resolved quickly.
16

Changes to These Terms

CSHUBB Innovations reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will:

Notify workspace administrators via email at least 30 days before the changes take effect
Display a notice within the application
Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page

Continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and request account deletion.

17

General Provisions

Entire agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CSHUBB Innovations regarding the Service.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
No waiver: Failure to enforce any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.
Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written consent from CSHUBB Innovations. We may assign ours in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Force majeure: Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or internet infrastructure failures.
