Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and CSHUBB Innovations, a sole proprietorship registered under the Government of India (Udyam MSME Certified), operating the CSHUBB platform ("Service", "Platform").

By accessing or using the Service — including logging in, importing data, or using any feature of the platform — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

CSHUBB is a Customer Success intelligence platform for SaaS companies. The platform enables Customer Success teams to track account health, manage renewals, run AI-powered workflows, visualise revenue, predict account trajectory with Momentum, log and sync customer meetings, connect CRM tools via native connectors, and collaborate — all within a secure, org-isolated environment. Business and branded domain signups are provisioned automatically; personal or non-branded email signups are reviewed and provisioned by CSHUBB within one business day.

Plans available: CSHUBB offers three plans — a free 7-day trial, Starter, and Growth. During the trial period:

To use CSHUBB, you must:

CSHUBB Innovations reserves the right to refuse access to any individual or organisation at its sole discretion, including for suspected violations of these Terms or applicable law.

User accounts: Each email address may be associated with one workspace by default. The first user to create a workspace is automatically assigned the Admin role.

Admin responsibilities: Workspace administrators are responsible for:

Authentication security: Login is via magic link emails. You are responsible for the security of the email account you use to access CSHUBB. Notify us immediately at support@cshubb.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

You may use CSHUBB to:

You must NOT:

You own your data. All customer account data, notes, AI run history, and workspace content you create or import into CSHUBB remains your intellectual property. CSHUBB Innovations makes no claim of ownership over your data.

Licence to process: By using the Service, you grant CSHUBB Innovations a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to store, process, and transmit your data solely to provide the Service to you. This licence terminates upon account deletion.

Your compliance obligations: You are solely responsible for ensuring that the data you import complies with applicable data protection laws — including obtaining necessary consents from your customers where required under GDPR, India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, or other applicable regulations. CSHUBB Innovations is a data processor for your customer data; you are the data controller.

Data portability: You may export all your workspace data at any time via CSV or JSON. We will not hold your data hostage. Following account deletion, your data is purged within 5 business days.

Session recording: To help our team fix issues and support you faster, CSHUBB records how the app is used — including session playback of your screen activity within the product. Passwords and all sensitive input fields are always masked and never captured in recordings. Session recordings are processed via PostHog, retained for a limited period, used solely for product improvement and customer support, and never sold or shared with third parties. By using the Service, you consent to this practice. If you have questions or wish to request deletion of your session data, contact support@cshubb.com.

CSHUBB includes optional integrations with Google Calendar (Meetings module) and Gmail (Emails module). Both are opt-in and governed by the terms below. By connecting either integration, you confirm you are authorised to do so under Google's terms for your account.

7a. Meetings Module — Google Calendar

The Meetings module lets users log meeting notes, outcomes, and follow-ups against customer accounts. The optional Google Calendar integration imports event metadata into those records automatically.

Attendee consent: You are responsible for ensuring that meeting attendees have been appropriately informed about the logging of meeting information where required under applicable data protection law (GDPR, India's DPDP Act 2023, or other applicable regulations). CSHUBB provides the tooling — your legal obligations regarding attendee consent remain yours.

Calendar OAuth scope: When you connect Google Calendar, you authorise CSHUBB to read calendar event metadata — titles, times, attendee email addresses, and descriptions — solely to pre-populate meeting records in your workspace. We request the minimum OAuth scope necessary. We do not write to, modify, or delete any calendar events. We do not access Google Drive, Gmail, or any other Google service through this connection.

Meeting data retention: Meeting records (notes, attendee lists, outcomes) are stored in your workspace database and subject to the same retention and deletion policy as all other workspace data — retained while your workspace is active and purged within 5 business days of a verified deletion request. You may delete individual meeting records at any time within the application.

7b. Emails Module — Gmail

The Emails module lets users read and send emails to customer contacts directly from within CSHUBB, using their connected Gmail account. No email content is stored on CSHUBB's servers — messages are fetched from Gmail at read time and held in browser memory only for the duration of the session.

Gmail OAuth scope: When you connect Gmail, you authorise CSHUBB to read your inbox and send email on your behalf, using the minimum scopes required (gmail.readonly + gmail.send). We do not access Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Contacts, or any other Google service through this connection.

Sending on your behalf: When you compose and send an email from within CSHUBB's Emails interface, that email is sent via the Gmail API on your behalf. You are solely responsible for the content of emails sent through your connected Gmail account via CSHUBB.

No email content stored: CSHUBB does not store email content (subject lines, bodies, attachments) on its servers at any point. Only the OAuth token (used to authenticate future requests) is stored, encrypted and isolated per user by Row-Level Security.

Gmail data not used for AI: Gmail data is never forwarded to AI providers. AI tools in CSHUBB operate solely on your account data (health scores, ARR, NPS, notes) — not on email content. The Emails module and AI tools are fully isolated data flows.

Third-party terms: Use of both integrations is additionally governed by Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

CSHUBB integrates with third-party AI providers (Groq, Anthropic, Google Gemini, LM Studio). When you use AI features:

CSHUBB's AI Client Access feature allows Growth plan workspaces to connect third-party AI clients — such as Claude by Anthropic — to their CSHUBB workspace via the Model Context Protocol (MCP). The following terms govern use of this feature.

Eligibility: AI Client Access is available exclusively on the Growth plan. Starter plan workspaces cannot enable this feature. It must be explicitly authorised by each individual user — it is not enabled by default.

Included allowance: Growth workspaces receive 10,000 MCP tool calls per month. Calls reset on the first day of each billing month. Unused calls do not carry forward.

Additional call packs: Additional packs of 10,000 calls may be purchased at any time for $25 USD / ₹1,999 per pack. Purchased calls are added to the workspace balance immediately, have no expiry, and are consumed before the monthly included allowance is drawn down. Call pack purchases are non-refundable.

Read-only access only: All MCP tools are strictly read-only. Creating, updating, or deleting any CSHUBB data through an AI client is not permitted and is technically enforced at the database level. You may not attempt to circumvent this restriction.

Acceptable use: You may use AI Client Access only for legitimate business purposes related to your own CSHUBB workspace data. You may not use this feature to:

Third-party AI provider terms: By using AI Client Access, you acknowledge that your queries and the data returned by CSHUBB tools are processed by the third-party AI provider (e.g. Anthropic) you connect. That provider's own terms of service and privacy policy apply to that processing. CSHUBB is not responsible for how third-party AI providers handle data transmitted through their systems.

Admin revocation: Workspace administrators may revoke any user's AI Client Access connection at any time. CSHUBB may also suspend or terminate AI Client Access for any workspace if misuse is detected, without prior notice.

The CSHUBB platform, including its code, design, user interface, brand assets, logos, and documentation, is the intellectual property of CSHUBB Innovations and is protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you except the limited licence to use the Service as described herein.

Every new CSHUBB workspace begins with a 7-day free trial that provides full access to all features. The following terms apply during the trial:

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

CSHUBB Innovations does not warrant that:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, CSHUBB Innovations shall not be liable for:

In any case, CSHUBB Innovations' total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. During the free trial period, this amount is INR 0.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CSHUBB Innovations and its owner, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

By you: You may terminate your account at any time by submitting a deletion request via the in-app profile drawer or by emailing support@cshubb.com. Your data will be permanently deleted within 5 business days.

By CSHUBB Innovations: We may suspend or terminate your access immediately and without prior notice if:

Upon termination for any reason, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law) shall continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the Service shall be:

CSHUBB Innovations reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will:

Continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and request account deletion.
