Built to act, not just to report.
Most CS tools tell you what already happened. Playbooks and Aruvi decide what happens next, and the rest of CSHUBB feeds them.
Nice work, Priya. Helix renewed and your playbook is linked to it.
Everything else shows you the problem. These two do something about it.
The best CSM on your team, copied to every account.
A playbook is a rule your whole team follows without being reminded. Health drops, a renewal gets close, an NPS score slips, and the next step is already in someone's queue.
- Triggers on real signals. Health, renewal windows, NPS and alerts.
- Starts without a Monday meeting. Tasks land with the right owner on their own.
- Same care on every account, including the day your best CSM is on leave.
What would change if nobody could forget a follow-up?
A co-pilot that has already read every account.
Ask in plain language and Aruvi answers from your real data. Then it does the busywork: drafts the email, logs the note, books the meeting. It opens as a docked panel with a Brief tab and a Chat tab, so your team spends the day on conversations.
- Knows your portfolio, not the internet. Answers come from your accounts.
- Acts, not just answers. Books meetings, adds stakeholders, starts playbooks, updates accounts and drafts emails.
- Asks before it writes. Every change is logged and one message undoes it.
Ask it the question your spreadsheet cannot answer.
Effort is easy to claim. Here, it is recorded.
Your team does hundreds of things a week. Which ones moved revenue? CSHUBB scores the account, runs the workflow, rewards the effort and records the outcome. Nothing is guessed: a person links the work to the result.
A score you define, not one you inherit.
Choose which signals matter and how much each one weighs. Save once and every account recalculates. Your team stops arguing about the number and starts acting on it. And the score is only the start: see the evidence below.
- Admin controlled. Save Health and NPS signals separately and recalculate every account.
- Industry presets give you a working start, then you adjust.
- Feeds everything: alerts, playbooks and Aruvi all read the same score.
Whose definition of healthy are you using today?
Health says 85. The numbers say look closer.
Health and NPS are the start, not the finish. Churn risk, expansion and trajectory are each scored out of 100, and every score lists the numbers behind it: usage, CSAT, open tickets, ARR drift, renewal dates. Then it tells the CSM what to do and by when.
What if your healthiest looking account is the one about to leave?
- Usage sits with one power user. The other team members log in less than once a week despite 18 active users.
- CSAT is 60, with critical tickets open on the mobile app.
- First renewal is 12 Sep and ARR drifted from ₹2,02,000 to ₹2,00,000 over 6 weeks.
Call the main contact today about the app crash, and agree a training plan for the wider team before renewal.
Due 4 Sep- Usage is concentrated in one power user, so wider adoption is not there yet.
- CSAT is 60 alongside unresolved tickets about the mobile app.
- Account notes ask for a careful approach despite the headline health of 85.
Drive team adoption and resolve the app crash tickets before any add-on pitch.
- Product usage is siloed in a single user while the rest of the team logs in rarely.
- CSAT is weak at 60 and tied to open support tickets.
- Notes flag a multi account enterprise that needs careful handling before renewal.
Hold a technical alignment meeting on the crash and run an adoption session for non-power users.
Due 5 SepEffort that counts, so you can see where the team puts it.
Points come from real work: a recovered account, a finished playbook, a completed success plan. Admins set what each action is worth. Monthly tiers, weekly badges and team challenges keep momentum up, and it stays positive. Nobody gets a public "needs work" badge.
- Earned from work already happening. No extra logging to get credit.
- You set the values. Weight recovery higher than busywork.
- Opt-in per workspace. Leaderboards can stay admin only.
What if your best work finally had a score?
This Week

Champion
Default point values shown. Admins set their own. Example month.
Every day activity, tied to the outcome it led to.
When a playbook or success plan finishes, the CSM records what it led to: health recovered, renewed, expanded, or nothing yet. CS Impact then shows Net ARR improved and Net ARR led by CS, per CSM and per account. It shows influence, not proof of cause, because a person links the work to the result.
- Outcome on completion. Asked once, at the moment the work is done.
- Honest by design. Unlinked results wait in "Not attributed yet" instead of being claimed.
- Per CSM and per account, with CSV export for your review.
Which of your team's efforts actually moved revenue?
Your customer data stays yours. Even your AI.
Run the AI tools on your own machine, keep working when the connection drops, and install CSHUBB like an app without waiting on an app store.
Local AI through LM Studio
Run the AI tools on your own device so customer data never leaves your machine. Or bring your own key for Claude, Gemini or Groq. You choose where AI runs.
Works offline
Browse your full account portfolio and notes from local cache with no internet. Notes and actions taken offline sync the moment you reconnect.
Installable, no app store
Pin CSHUBB to your desktop or phone from the browser. No store approval cycle, no IT ticket for an installer.
Local AI needs LM Studio running on your own machine. Offline covers browsing and notes, and syncs when you reconnect.
Three screens. About ten seconds each to understand.
If a screen needs a manual, it is not doing its job. Click through, then picture your own accounts on it.
Helix
Renews in 24 daysChampion left 3 weeks ago and support tickets doubled. Likelihood of churn is high without intervention this week.
Book an exec call with their new sponsor. Share the usage recap. Offer a success plan review.
Colour shows health today, so a renewal that looks safe on the calendar but weak on health stands out.
Monday morning, answered in one screen.
Every account, its health, its owner and how soon it renews. The ones that need you float to the top.
Open any account. Read the verdict.
Not a wall of data. A plain statement of the risk, and the save play your best CSM would run.
Every renewal, spotted before it surprises you.
30, 60 and 90 day windows, coloured by health, so timing and risk are read together.
Example data shown. Assign screenshots in the Framer panel.
If it can send a webhook, CSHUBB can read it.
Native integrations get you started in minutes. For everything else, point any app that supports webhooks at CSHUBB. The data lands on the right account and feeds scores, alerts and Aruvi's insights.
- Native in minutes. HubSpot, Zendesk, Jira, Gmail, Google Calendar and Microsoft 365.
- Anything else, by webhook. Billing, product analytics, support or your own tools.
- Analysed, not just stored. What arrives feeds scoring, alerts and insights.
Which tool would you connect first?
The rest of the workspace, in the order you will use it.
Know every account at a glance
GLANCE, account health, stakeholders and Account AI Insights keep your whole book in view.
See trouble before it has a name
Account AI Insights scores churn risk, expansion and trajectory out of 100 and cites the numbers behind each. Revenue Intelligence watches renewals 30, 60 and 90 days out.
Turn a signal into a next step
Playbooks, Success Plans, the Pipeline board, meetings and emails, all in one place with the account.
Work where your data already lives
CRM, tickets, email and calendar flow into every account. Anything that can send a webhook feeds in too, and CSHUBB analyses it. No middleware, no CSV exports.
Query your CS data from Claude
The MCP server lets you ask which accounts are at risk and which renewals are due, where you already work. Read-only, with admin control.
Live in about an hour
Import your CSV, pick your industry in Blueprint, and scoring, pipeline and alerts are ready to adjust.

The small things that keep a team moving.
Built for the daily work of a CS team: moving accounts, chasing tasks, building the view you need and working when the signal drops.
Every stage move records why
Moving an account opens a short dialog for a comment and any fields your admin set for that stage. The move, the comment and the changed fields are saved on the account as a Stage Move note. Secondary and Supporting CSMs get a bell alert.
Let the data move accounts
Admins set rules such as "when Tags contains onboarding-done, move to Adoption". A rule fires once when an account starts matching. Preview the count, then apply a rule to existing accounts. Admins also pick a colour for each stage.
Build the view you need
Insights has an Analytics tab with built-in dashboards. Duplicate one, change it, share it and set one as the workspace default. The Reports tab turns a dashboard into a report, previews the email and sends a test to you.
Nothing slips
A bell and an Actionables list show your Quick Tasks and the active playbook steps you own that are due today, due tomorrow or overdue.
Filter with one click
ARR at Risk, Expansion ARR and Churn MRR on the Accounts page filter the list to At-Risk, expansion-flagged or churned accounts. Click again to clear.
A top bar that learns
Accounts is always first. The next four slots show the modules you open most, or the ones you choose and order. The rest sit behind an arrow. Your layout is saved in your own browser.
Offline, with a status you can see
A small chip shows what is waiting: changes saved on this device, syncing, or changes that could not sync, with Retry and Discard. Changes replay in order when you reconnect.
Aruvi, docked
Aruvi opens in a panel at the right edge and the page narrows to make room. The Brief tab shows what needs you today. The Chat tab answers and acts, asks before it writes, and can undo.
Move stages from your phone
The mobile Pipeline page shows stage tiles and cards with a Move button, tinted with your stage colours. It opens the same stage move dialog.
Bring your messiest spreadsheet. We will find the account you are about to lose.
On a short call we load your accounts, score them and show you who needs a call today. If we find nothing, you lost 20 minutes. If we do, you may have kept a customer.
