Read-only is enforced at the database level with Row-Level Security, not just at the API layer. You cannot write, update, or delete anything through Claude.

Getting started
Connect in three steps

Open Customize in Claude
Go to Customize → Connectors → Add custom connector. You need Claude.ai or Claude Desktop and a CSHUBB Growth workspace.

Add the server address
Paste the address below and name the server "CSHUBB".

Sign in and approve
Claude will open a CSHUBB sign-in screen. Log in with your own credentials. No shared keys. Approve the connection and all five tools become available immediately.

Security model
Read-only. Consent on record. Admin control.
Read-only is enforced at the PostgreSQL layer, not only in application code. Your data does not change. Admins see every connection. Any connection can be revoked instantly.

Honest about limits
What it does not do yet
·No write actions. It cannot create or change anything.
·Five data areas: accounts, health, renewals, at risk accounts, NPS. Not playbooks, emails, meetings or the knowledge base.
·It is separate from Aruvi, the in-app assistant.
·Claude is the tested client. Other MCP clients can connect in principle and are untested.
·No uptime or response time guarantee has been set.

Common questions
What is AI client access?
It lets you connect Claude to your CSHUBB workspace through MCP, an open standard, and ask about your accounts, renewals, risk and NPS in plain language.
Can Claude change my data?
No. It is read-only, enforced in the database. Nothing can be created, changed or deleted through it.
Who can see what?
Each person signs in as themselves and sees only what their own access in the workspace allows. Workspaces are isolated from each other.
Which plans include it?
Growth includes 10,000 calls per billing period. Starter does not include it. Free trials include 500 calls.
What counts as a call, and what happens when I run out?
One successful tool call is one credit. Listing tools and prompts is free, and calls that fail or are blocked are not charged. At 100% AI clients pause and your admin can add a call pack under Plan and Billing. Packs never expire.
Can my admin turn it off?
Yes. Admins switch AI client access on or off, see every connection and revoke any user instantly.
Where does my data go?
When an AI client reads your data, that provider handles it under its own terms. You approve this on the consent screen. CSHUBB logs the tool, client, time, size and outcome of each call. Never the account data.
Which AI clients work?
Claude is the tested client. The connector is built on the open MCP standard, so other MCP clients can connect, but only Claude has been tested.
Is it the same as Aruvi?
No. Aruvi is the assistant inside CSHUBB. AI client access lets an AI client you already use read your CSHUBB data.
